Red Plum Beauty Group was co-founded by beauty industry professionals. After working for separate multi-million beauty brands, they each branched off into their own unique consulting endeavors. Over time, they found the needs of their clients were frequently overlapping and wanted to offer a simple solution by combining forces. This led to a streamlined approach of full product lifecycle management within the beauty space.

Jasmyne Snyder Red Plum Beauty Group

    Jasmyne began her career in beauty as an artist and aesthetics trainer for brands such as MAC and Lancome. When she transitioned to Product Development, she quickly learned that keeping her focus on customers was the key to creating acclaimed products. With more than a decade of successful development under her brush belt, she has launched countless products, ranging from Organic Skin Care to High Performance Color Cosmetics. She is known for her easy-going personality and hands-on approach. Jasmyne is CAPM certified and a licensed esthetician.

Mattias Sparrow

  • Partner - Compliance

    Mattias brings nearly 10 years of experience in Cosmetics Compliance and Strategy Consulting, supporting nascent brands into multi-million dollar global market leaders. He speaks 5 languages and works with brands, distributors, retailers, service providers and manufacturers around the world. He previously worked in Venture Capital and ran international NGOs. When not on hold with government compliance reps, you can find Mattias teaching young people with learning differences, practicing Taoist Yoga, or traveling, vintage camera in hand.
